in notts, went to several other areas to m8's to sniff macs, got some wat looked like good macs with config file names, but when i came home an used on my 250 we haxo "without forcing" noticed they gave a unreg.cm cofig name and only take u to broadband actvation. now in amongst all the new macs i found i did get 1 working, so im left wondering why, so i gets me sisters mac address which is her subbed modem mac "i know naughty" n tries that "which has worked in the past and hey presto the same unreg.cm. so what is happening, i got no idea does this help any1 in anyway explain. also tried to force n got nowhere aswell cept the 1 good1 can force what i like?

dell why dont you sniff from your house, your m8 sounds to far away

have tried dw sniffer from home n tried bruteforce was was getting same prob, so thought got try somet else, by the way didnt just sniff at my m8ts, tied 5 diff areas around notts ranging about 2 to 9 miles away.

startup DHCP Sniffer-0.2.3.91b put ticks in save and discover, put the mac you are using in the sniffer and press discover, all macs that come back you can use, if you have done this then i would change your nic, then try a diffrent mac

the only prob i found with doing this is that every mac i try that works, also keeps diconecting so it seems to only find macs on my own ubr.

As 666 says though mate you need to bruteforce as this will come up with macs outside of your ubr. I also had a lot that would come on for 10 mind then go off all I did was spoof nic mac.

i have brute forced and ticked save bootfile, have also tried changing the nic mac with smac, remembering to disable an enable net connection.

You've sniffed a little too far away...
