It really is trial and error. Like cockneysean said you will find a solid one. I was chaging macs constantly for two weeks and finally I found a 10 mb mac that's been on since Tuesday morning.

Yeah as above, you just need to keep tweaking and changing MACS until you get a solid one.

Funnily enough, the MAC I'm on now is the first MAC I ever sniffed.

For some reason it seems to work without fail, but disconnects/reconnects every 30 minutes.

As soon as you get your "optimal" settings go make a NonVol Backup so you always have something to revert to/use for setting up again.
