i get everthing showing in task stastus but all i get is a 192 tried over 100 macs its bull

Have you left your pc's nic mac at 192.168.100.10 ?
make sure you change both, modem and pc

Yeh I didn't mean the cable modem's HFC MAC.

I meant the MAC (Media Access Controller) of your NIC (Network Interface Card).

If Haxorware says the modem is "Operational" and you're not getting a connection it's because you network's card MAC has been blacklisted.

This especially happens when you use the same NIC MAC on various HFC MACS.

Hope that clears it up.

could it be faulty modem then ? as got 2 others here both work fine all the time without changing the mac nic, just the one on haxorware giving me the nightmares

OK, have you tried to reset to factory and start afresh?

And Haxorware is saying it is operational?

Also when you connect the modem, when the problem occurs, go to the windows "command prompt" and do ipconfig /all and paste the output of it here.
