hi and thank you to all that help me last time i now have a new problem
right i re-mac my modem works fine my m8 that lives next door re did his modem for him works at my house but not his house his ip not change it stays on 192.168.***.* and ideas

Change the NIC MAC.
This particular problem has been gone over again and again and again....... |

Sorry, I should have said, change your NIC MAC by downloading SMAC 2.x mac changer from the internets.
