it seems my nokia dbox2 flash chips are "us", i've looked everywhere now for an equivalent chip and this looks like it might fit the bill but could someone that knows tell me yes or no please......"SST39VF3201"
btw i'm not paying £40 plus shipping for second hand chips from germany before anyone posts the link to linuxdbox2.com...i'd rather bin it or keep it for spares and get another but i like to play so will the "SST39VF3201" chip work as a direct replacemant....

any idea's guys please

They will probably be your cheapest option. How about flog it on eBay faulty and you might just get £65 out of it and buy another one for £80-£85
