Probably is the case, as the 50Mb config should get speeds of around 25-30Mb on 250/250 modems anytime of the day, as the config does not get capped.

It's not to do with the capping, it's to do with the amount of network traffic at peak times of the day.

No matter what package you have, if the network is busy, there'll be slowdowns for everyone regardless of what package they are on.

Ok, i'll try the 50Mb config after midnight and see what speeds I get.

Shall I manually put in a tftp server or shall I just let Haxorware find it?

Whichever works.

Better to download it and autoserve it if you can for stealthiness.

But if not, just try grab it from the tftp every time.
