hi guys, bought 3 ambit 256 a couple of weeks ago. when i got my first, i got it up and running fine and then went back to my sub box for a while. a friend wants one of my boxes so i just hoocked it up again and when i go to browse the net all i get is a line of text in my browser saying i need to register the modem with virmin. (and the same with the other 2 boxes) anybody know whats going on.. thankx in advance guys..!!

hi guys, got a question. when im entering the macs in haxorware do i need to enter a mac which has a config filename or does it not matter. and also does it matter if the config filename is encripted.. cheers guys..

yes has to be a mac with config name, dont know whether it matters if its encrypted or not. thanks

TBH if you are going to flash a Webby I would go with the JTAG method.
Come to think of it, I think I will write a guide for that later. It's much simpler with much less faffing about with console unlockers etc etc. It's more or less two or three commands or clicks of a mouse and you are done! |
