Hi i have read through loads of threads and have found this piece of kit what do you guys reckon ?? any good

I'm in herts and hopefully the dish is bigger enough Technomate TM5400CI+ Motorised kit
Technomate TM2200 Super DiSEqC motor

TECHNOMATE TM-5400D+ Super set-top box

100CM dish

all for 190 is this good ?
im just confused do i need a card to view games ? if so where do you get them from and from what channel does it view

i support tottenham so not sure what channel shows them most of the time ??

I suppose its not a bad price, but depends if its new or not. Your viewing depends on what you wish to see,,,,,, but one thing for sure is you need more than just what you currently have to watch any footie. read the forums for more advice and if you get stuck post a reply in the relevant areas. Try Cam Cards and programmers for a start, plenty of good advice there.

that receiver will (once patched) pick up epl on 1w (digi tv) no problem.
how long this will last howevever is an unknown as these things can change at any time.
if you want to be 100% certain of receiving your footy you will have subscribe (and pay) to a package / supplier relavant to your needs.

Spurs on Canal nordic (thor satellite) alot. We have a large fan base over there so i suspose they try to cater for that. If match not live they usually show as delayed coverage.

Thfc007 sorry for butting in on your post I’m after the footie aswell, my question as a newbie is to redoxide is it correct I can get nova sports (digitv) on the relevant patched receiver without the need of a cam card or programmer? (I'd read else where on the forum I'd need them) if so what are the advantages patched over cam and how easy/expensive/often is it to have a system patched thanks in advance
