Default Where to buy things?

Was just wondering cause im thinking of trying to mod a card for my Pace.
I was wondering where is the best place to buy the equipment to do so, like unloopers, programmers etc.
I have a OSC in my reciever and want to modify it. So obviously need an Unlooper and a Programmer. Not sure weather i want to write a Fun or make a MOSC yet.
But i would like to do other boxes in the future.

Any sites would be good if someone could either PM them or list them on here.
At the mo i have a Pace DiTV 2000. So i know this can be JTagged to get the BK. Is it worth buying an Unlooper? or just getting a JTag as most boxes can be done like this.

Thanks
Aciid
