General N*L Box question

I seem to be having problems with some of the channels on both of my pace boxes.

One day sky sports 2 will work but sports 1+3 wont. Other channels mess about too IE:- the sound comes through fine but the picture 'stutters'.

Another day Sky sports 1 will work (but sometimes stutter) and 2 + 3 are down (black screen with message saying something along the lines of "this channel is not available right now").

This has being going on for a few weeks now.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

Has there been a virmin attack and if so has there been a new flash file released for it yet?
