What is the difference between the Joker 79 and 80.? most appear to be using the 79 but i'm assuming that the 80 is more up to date and therefore better.??

p.s. sorry to be a pain.!!

In my case (ex-tW area):
  • 0.79 gave me fifteen or so channels that always shows "Encrypted" and needed the PC to reboot to select a different channel.
  • 0.80 gives me 6 (or so) channels that have audio but no video. No reboot needed to select a different channel.
I'd say try 0.79, and if you have the same issues I did, flash to 0.80 instead and see how you go.

This was my personal experience - your area may be completely different.
