I've got an EX5000 and my channels are saying "please wait, code being updated..." - I dont have the latest firmware loaded as for some reason I cant connect the box to my pc, so each tim ethe keys roll I have to manually put them in.

However, I went to get the keys from the Keymaster application and there's no new keys. I come on here and nobody has posted anything about any key rolls...

Confused!

Please help? Ex CW in Manchester...

Edit: I've also got a ex-subbed Pace box which is working fine, so I now know its not a keys issue and that it must be something to do with the box... What should I do?

Just fixed it... Well, my girlfriend did!
For some reason my box had wiped the keys and was just showing zero's, so I put it the old keys and its working... Strange....

try asking for help on here someone in your area will no how to connect it to there pc and will probably do it for you

You only need to spend a couple of quid on a null modem cable to be able to do it yourself, read the stickies and youll be offering help in no time.
