might have to do me mates modem and it's got sigma on it, is it a case of flashing a 2 meg dump back to the modem and then hyper terminal haxor onto it? i know you have to do this for infinite....never done sigma before.

how ever it's been a while and instructions say after flashing 2 meg dump don't restart modem etc and then flash haxor (using blackcat)....does it matter that haxor is now 1.5 meg

i think if your using the blackcat you need a 2mb dump

get another of the same modem and do a 2mb backup from the web gui

or, flash it with whatever 2mb dump you have and then upgrade it to hax using telnet or whatever

ok, i'll dump it back to the orginal, i have the 2 meg orginal file here, and then i'll just flash haxor using the normal noisy bootloader via hyper, was wondering if i could have just flashed haxor over it....but better be safe than sorry, so i'll go back to factory mode....

of course you can't flash haxor using hyper as you dont have a rs232 connection....went and bricked it.....

installed the 2 meg orginal flash and then write and then installed haxor with out shutting down etc....now no lights...dam diggerty
