Most of my channels are working but annoyingly Disc Realtime Extra has gone along with a few others...

Vp*ug says that this...

[13/04/2009 11:56:24] dvbviewer4.0.0.0

isc. Realtime Extra - Timeout… This PID is empty. Rescan...

Can anyone offer me any hope

A column on the right says i'm missing these keys also... I have no idea where to get them from though..

Sys - ProviderID - Index
N 0000 M9
N 5B01 V
N 5B01 M9

any help would be appreciated!

Right i've got it sorted.... I re-scanned my transponder list but it made no difference... i then found another one - scanned that and voila!... sorted!
