250 upgraded to hax can get online

i got a 250 upgraded from inf to hax followed the syncing to your network guid and had a litle fidle and i got online for like 10 seconds now its just saying status ranging complete.
triad a few macs no luck.
im in excw not even tring to force config
in overview its:

Obtain Upstream Parameters Done
Upstream Ranging Done
Establish IP Connectivity In Progress
Retrieve Time of Day Waiting
Negotiate security Waiting
Receive configuration Waiting
Register connection Waiting
Cable modem status Ranging Complete

Try more MACS. And where are you getting your MAC's?

What are you using G77? U on Infinite or Haxoware? My haxoware modem is working alright but i cant seem to get online with my Infinite changed macs etc still the same. Im in pure area.

macs arn't the issue im sure. its the way the tftp keeps changing and the way there dynamic one min and then normal but, not there. or apearing to not be there. i've downloaded all the config files from the national .1 tftp and when i try to force the same file name immediately after, the tftp says the file isnt there. i got one set up using national .1 forcing a 2mb mac to rts22. its still running.
i then, try to set another up using same settings, same mac area, same mac type (quite a few macs) and it just wont go opperational. sometimes it hangs on ranging, sometimes it gets an ip but not a config and hangs. sometimes it hangs after the request.
sometimes it connects and goes opperational after forcing a 2mb to rts22 and max says its got the rts22 but modem only pulls 2mb.
i can only use 2mb macs.
the ftfp chosen when i dont force changes from the nat to the old

See im not forcing with haxoware and that seems to be working ok i was forcing with infinite but i stopped forcing it still wont connect. Im glad i got the Haxorware from u G77 it runs Sweet. Lol. Im gonna try changing TFTP in morning and see what happens. Thanks G77.

modems went dowm last night about 5 oclock ive scanned for macs in 3 different locations of soton today using DHCPFORCE and havent been able to get online with any of them.but what i have noticed is the tftp server has all the same config can anyone add any light to this ?
