Hi ive just joined up as i see alot of people has been helped by yourselfs.Me and my b/f bought a dbox1 from germany for my mum and we cannot get into it,as soon as we turn it on its asking for some 4 digit code,so we emailed the guy we bought it from and he said it was 0000 but its not.I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what we can do.Sorry if i sound silly but i dont know what im talking about. Thanks in advance for any help.

? if its a dbox1 you have wasted your money.
a dbox1 has three scarts.

has the box got 2 or 3 scart sockets on the back?
