Hi everyone, this is my first post. I've got a BoxSuper, Virgin Media, Can I use any old dgital recorder to record TV shows or dos it have to be a specific type? I'd appreciate any advice offered. Thanks.

It has to have a hard drive in it to be able to record. Look out for PVR boxes, the V+HD is a PVR box, it's the same as Sly+ meaning you can record, pause and rewind live TV.
