i my modem went down earlier today tryed new mac's but still no joy any help on this..im in swansea area anyone else having this problem(three modems down not just the 1)

Everyones in the same boat some people are sorted try some of the things mentioned in the threads. U need to do some reading there is a few things u can try.

i done a troubleshoot with msn and came back as (your gateway appears to be offline)anyone know what that means.and if it directs me to my problem

Just means your modems down mate. MSN is no DOCSIS expert lol

lol im not to gd on the modem front as you can tell.cheers for the fast reply thou.this also happened a few weeks ago but came back online by them selve's
