Anyone know what purpose the settings in this page are for, how they should be set and what use they are if any.

Remember reading a rajkosto post on sbh about the same subject, he said if your not clever enough to understand it then your probably to thick to get it to work,lol. Therefore i need touched it or dared to ask what it was for.

It basically makes it so you can choose and keep the same ip every time you connect.

Doesn't really do much for the anonymity aspect does it?
