Hi Guys
can anybody help plz, for two weeks now i have had a flashuing ready light & ethernet light on modem & no internet connection. I am a complete novice on how to rectify the probem if i can that is . Has anyone experienced this and fixed it ? if so could you PLZ if possible send me a step by step account of what u did, I have downloaded SMAC but dont know how to use it as the help guide will not come up. I have been to 192.168.100.01 and my download freqency is 40270000hz & upstream is 2920000hz dont know if that helps. I should add that the modem works fine at my mate house just down the road. Is there anyone who can help plz.

Works fine at a mates but not yours..

If you are changing nothing between those properties, either your NIC mac is banned, or you are not telling us everything.

Spoof your nic, then see what happens
