Default My FloppyDTV...Faulty?

I've been trying to get Cable on my PC for ages, but every step I go forward I seem to be taking two back. My latest problem seems to be that FireDTV/DVB Dream seem to crash quite regular (about once an hour) and it seems to take me ages getting everything working again. Each time they crash after restarting my PC, I seem to find "Class Bus Device 61883" with an explanation mark instead of FloppyDTV BDA in Device Manger. I believe this error has something to do with the Firewire Port, but apart from that I have no idea. Anybody got any suggestions? I'm wondering if I should just give up.

Hi KuchKuch, that “Class Bus Device 61883" is the firewire connection, don’t give up mate how is the floppy connected? Firewire on the motherboard or to a firewire card (model etc) in the pc. What o/s do you use? You proberly only need to update the drivers for the firewire card!

FloppyDTV is connected to the Firewire on my Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H motherboard. I'm using Windows Vista SP1 x86, however I have had no luck finding drivers for the Firewire or anything that may fix the problem. I'd welcome any suggestions.

Try updating the motherboard driver, after a quick google try _http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger-1114-driver-motherboard-gigabyte-ga-ma78gm-s2h create a restore point first and restart the pc after installation.
