![]() You have asked this many times in the past and each time its the same answer.Nobody knows when vm are going to burn us. At the moment nothing has happened regarding vm so really all anyone can answer is enjoy it while its there.could be today, tomorrow, next month, year etc and i'm sure it will go eventually but its basically the proverbial how longs a piece of string and i'm sure when something does happen you'll be one of the first to know.Enjoy your saturday ![]()

No one knows for sure just what virgin has got planned for us,its all just supposition, maybe they are just waiting to see what effect (if any) it has on their membership,by using Leeds as a test area, maybe perhaps they are hoping that more people will now buy a subscription ? (some hopes ) I know, but there are thousands out there that have never had a subscription, and never will, they just jumped on the bandwagon, and due to a lot of bragging etc about being able to get free tv channels has brought about this action from Virgin ...if only everyone had bought at least a basic subscription to Virgin this might never have happened,we shall never know, Virgin had to take action in respect to their paying customers,so don't blame them, blame instead the leeches/parasites of society who will always grab anything for free and never give anything back, far too much of it about nowadays ..."Man will be his own destruction" is an old saying that has certainly come true in this instance

telecom69 you do have a very valid point there. It could be a test like you say because people paying for min subs may also leave after this switch so they may want to keep them customers also as it could hit them quiet hard if alot of min paying customers leave. But it could be that them min paying customers subscribe to full they just have to see what happens i guess. If its me i prob just cancel and switch over to sly.

There you go then, there might be thousands like you who would do the same perhaps,it really is a question of waiting to see what happens,it might well be that it will cost millions to wipe out all the boxes,or it might not ...the answer simply is we do not know .....

another possible reason as to why that certain area has been used for a test area could be that alot of the equipment used for viewing premium channels were sourced from that area

Yea..only by dealers who then ship all over the UK. They have to start somewhere, if they started in Essex, what would you say to that. There may be a number of reasons why a particular area was selected only vm no why. |
