Default 2mb to 10mb upgrade

are virgin upgrading exsisting customers for free, or will we have to pay the 10mb price?

you pay how much your paying VM +£2, when they upgrade ur 2mb modem to 10mb.

i received a pamphlet/brochure that said free so thats what i expect cos thats all they'll get out me.i enjoy my 2mb lol.thanks dicky

EDIT (you beat my post)if its only £2 thats ok i can live with that, means the mrs will get less house keeping though,lol

well get this, last summer we got an email saying they were starting to roll out the new 10mb and that we'd get it for free soon. then in nov we got an email saying the hardware upgrades were now complete and our free 10mb upgrade was now running, but i have never had my free upgrade!!

then this week we got the email about the new prices, but its not clear, as it says if ur on 'M' broad band, the price is going up £2, but even though this will make it the same price as the 10mb 'L', it doesn't say anything about the speed chaging. but it also says that if ur already on 'L', the price wont go up...

i think they make it up as they go along
