hi got a modded samsung ntl smt-2100c box all chanels working fine just the sound is VERY quiet (even when tele onfull blastand box turned up ) , i can access the engineers menu and the volume is set to -6 , i change it to 10 but when i power of box it just keep going bk to -6 ? ANY IDEAS ANY 1 ?? PLEASE HELP! CHEERS

Try updating the box (hold the top 3 buttons - <, CH+,> - whilst powering on until you see LD:06 or LD:16, then let go). This will update your box to the 3.6v software if it's not already on it.

thanks for quick reply but ive already tryed that , its on v 1.4 according to engineers menu ,

what that mean m8 , iv tryed ajusting vol in engineersn menu , its on -6 but when turned to 10 and it wil nt save changes when rebooted tanx
