flashed my 255 in pure nottingham, forcing 20 meg and all seems to be going good.

All my information to getting back online has been gatherd from wizardmods

All Credit for this goes to Rajkosto & SBH

just passing the information on

available on wizards or in downloads

So all I have to do is put Haxorware 1.1 rev27 onto my modem ? And everything will work whether I force 20mb or not ?

got rev 30 working too. not tried a 31 yet. sb5100mod isn't working for me, it goes operational but i get no www axx and telnet comes up with some unknown ignoring msg thingy every couple of secs

Mines a Webby 2100 and is on 31, been working two days now, only needed to disable/enable the adapter to fix any issues, rebooted only once.

providing your modem is some existing shelled version you can upgrade/downgrade using hyperterm

AFAIK, if on haxorware already, i don't see any reason why you can't upload the older firmware from the gui, or failing that by telnet..

Can someone confirm this?

I have an Ambit 255, used to be on Infinite - upgraded to Haxorware via Telnet, needed a lot of help with this as struggled with Telnet.

Currently at work so cannot download the files, will there be instructions with this, if not can someone write up a quick how to for this.
