Whats the differance? Do they both take the Underworld files?

No.
A Dragon Cam uses Predator or Predasaur files, depending on the model.
Only a Diablo Cam uses Underworld files.

So with Predator/Predasaur files on what will a dragon cam open?

Mainly the Digi TV package on 1W, but also a few other channels, check any modified predator 369 which should list the channels it opens.

Thanks. What Encrption methods will the Dragon cam unlock?

Mainly just the remaining Nagravision 2 channels, but these shouldn't be available for too much longer.
The Dragon cams are quite old now and support has pretty much ended, it's mainly other owners who are updating the files, adding CCW and Biss keys, when available.
It still works quite well with some subscription cards though.

Will a Titanium card open the same as a dragon Cam and if so do you know of any other emulation cam that will open Nagra 2?

Most emulations open Nagra 2, which is why they are upgrading to Nagra 3.
The Titanium card also opens Digi TV.
For anything extra you need to buy either a Diablo 2.3 Cam, a MII+ card, a Nova card, or no doubt others that will be out shortly after the screens start going black.
We know that Canal Digital and Digi TV will be gone soon, so you might be wise saving your money and awaiting the next big development.
