I just got my new Willem programmer this morning, it is the 4.5 model I think and the problem I am having is that I can't seem to be able to write to the chip. I managed to erase it fine but when I try any 2MB dump, it gets to about 5% then comes up with an error.

Can somebody tell me why this is happening please?

try removing the jumper next to the dip switches but remember where it goes

Problem sorted, it was just that one chip I was using. I tried another one and it programmed first time.
