Default Goodbye cable, hello satellite.

Goodbye cable, hello satellite. Well sort of. Sky+. I know I know but the powers that be want their channels and they want them NOW! Hopefully in the future we'll move on to better things.
Anyhow here's my first beginners (stupid) question. I believe the sky+ dish comes with a quad lnb. The + box needs 2 so 2 spare. Can I use these to run a hd receiver/freesat receiver in other rooms?

If you are likely to need more than 4 outputs in the future then get an octo lnb (8 output) fitted to the dish

I've been reading about the octo lnb's and will be investing in the near future. Got the sky+ in today and I have to say it's very good. Over a thousand channels (alot of ppv) including radio. I was paying for basic cable (now cancelled) and sky+ for similar money is much better value. I'm off to do more reading and no doubt will be back with more questions. Thanks guys.
