Will spoofing the router alone work? I thought you had to spoof the router and the NIC

I've got a Mac and the easiest way is to use a cheap router, clone your Mac's MAC address and change the last number/character. It is apparently very involved changing the MAC address if you are running Leopard.

BTW, if you are still using Tiger than it's simple to change your MAC, just use spoofmac. Unfortunately not possible with Leopard. If there are any Mac users on here with a working solution for Leopard feel free to chip in.
