Sky One keeps becoming a scrambled channel?

Recently i keep loosing sky one when i go on its black screen then after a couple of mins it just says scrambled channel same with Sky Two and Sky Three, So i go on installation and update channels then it works fine again but all my channels are messed up again in alaphabetic order.

I sorted my channels out again in the order i want then about a week or so later i go on Sky One and once again it is a black screen and comes up with scrambled channel so have to through the updsate channels process again.
This has happened 3 times now in last 6 weeks. Any one no why Sky One, Two and Three keeps becoming a scrambled Channel after a couple of week or how to stop my channel list being messed up everytime i update channels to get Sky one..etc back?

Any help much appreciated.

I think all them channels are on the same freq
So you might have to adjust a little

But i have kinda the same problem with FX,ZONEHORROR & BBC THREE
i can view bbc three but ut has no sound???? and the other reads
channel scrammbled....!!

But if it that much bother just leave the channels in alaphabetic order
thats what ive done!!
