HOT BIRD 13e Quality 19%, Strength 90%

I was a few days ago getting all the channel on this satellite now only get half.

I have tried to increase the quality by moving is slightly (and a lot) left-right, up-down to no change in luck. i have tried to straighten the wire from sat to receiver, cleaned the dish, rescanned/reset everything to factory default, but now I'm stuck.

Any advice or tweak I can try?

Strange cos at this very moment i am re-scanning as Thaicom has gone to Sh*t on mine... everything else seems fine???

In order for us to help you we will require a lot more information:
What size dish are you using?
What is your general location?
What receiver are you using?
Which channels are you trying to tune into?
If you check the lyngsat link, you will see there are a lot of channels on Hotbird, 13E:

And if you click on the Beam link you will get a map showing roughly what size dish is required to get a good signal.

Dish size: 80cm
Location: London, NW
Receiver: Technomate TM 7655 2VA
Trying to tune into 10723H 29900 to Deepam TV

The quality is actually at 10% and strength at 90%

Just checked and you shouldn't have a problem with that channel, providing your dish is correctly aligned to Hotbird.
Can you get 12597 V 27500?

I had a problem once, it involved the LNB going bust on me, it could be that unforunatly, worst case senario or the tuner of the reciever could have gone a wall.

Is Thaicom FTA still? opens on my PC (could be vPlug!).
But my TM3100 it comes up as encrypted...
