sorry if its a re-post but,,,,on most programs i watch i hear a narrator, which is kind of annoying, anyone know how i can get rid of this?

Its the audio description.

Press the red button, There will be 2 options both English. Choose the other and it will be gone!

Should also save that option for the future

After all this time of listening to someone talking over the films, it was doin me head in so I had to mute the sound and spent a fortune learning how to lip read
