Default eurovox 5000pvr

hi every one
i did ask this question a short while ago ,, on certain channels namely sky premier i have a voice over as you might expect for a blind person telling you whats happening in the film scenes, so please please how can i switch it off ? stevejan

and did you try as was suggested last time you asked.
when on the channel just press the language button on the remote and select the other english language option

Thats right,

Its the audio description.

Press the red butoon, and you get 2 english options. Chosse the other and all will be ok. This should save as well for the next time you view the channel

I also have this problem on my ex5000pvr, yet when i press the red button nothing happens, no language options appear, also when i go into the language options in the menu, i only have 1 english option, not two? does anyone have anymore suggestions, they will be much appreciaed, many thanks in advance.

That's because your most likely pressing the language button on a channel which has no voice over.
Please verify you are on a voice over channel before you press the button.
