hi,just got my new box and installed firware with no joy all channels scrambled,ive reset and installed software again and still scrambled,could it be dodgy firmware,i formatted memory stick that came with box and installed again but nothing ive checked system info and it says last update is jan 14 2009,anyone point me in right direction for software to try

Has all the latest firmware for all eurovoxs, and even R4s, and starviews. The EX7000 latest firmware shows 03/03/09, this should be better than what your using.

getting nowhere with this box,the date under system info doesnt change when i install new software stay as jan 14 2009,what am i doing wrong to keep getting scrambled channels ??

Hello there,

Can anyone help I just got my eurovox ex7000 in the post today plugged it in and done a scan i seem to pick 10 channels all scrambled, forgive me i am new to this sort of thing but i would love some help, please what do i do ?
