Any advice would be very much appreciated!!!!

I want to install a satellite system with dish & motor and digi box! Also does anyone out there know if it's possible to receive fta tv from New Zealand??

If you have a look in this section you will see loads of guides on setting up motors etc etc

When you say Digibox are you referring to a Sky Digibox or just a broad term fro a Digital sat receiver?

As for TV from New Zealand i doubt you will find anything, maybe a few feeds etc etc but thats it. Its impossible to get anything from the southern hemisphere as you are on the wrong side of the horizon to see anything.

I know you do occasionally come across feeds from Australia but not very often

Hi there!

Many many thanks for the two replies I got to my last two messages

It would be great to be able to install an all singing satellite system -

but am unfortunately quite severly disabled and as have damned Inflammatory Rheumatiod Arthritis so can't grip anything and haven't got any strength left in my hands etc!

So if you could recommend anyone out there who could do the work for me that would be great!!!

And yes when said digibox I use the term to cover the box that sits next to your T.V.

Shame that I can't receive tv from 'down under'! Is it possible to view fta from Norway & Iceland and especially the Faero Islands???

Very limited channels FTA fom Iceland and Norway.

The Faroe Islands does not transmit any channels on satellite at this time.

Theres very little from Iceland as well. Its a beautiful place - I was there for a fortnight last summer
