Default Problem with modem and network IP

Hi, Got a small problem im using a ambit 250 flashed with test fix 0.3 ive inputted all macs ect as detailed in the readme file and everything in haxoware says operational/online my frequencys have locked and im not forcing anything. Now the problem seems to be that i have limited or no connectivity on my network connection within windowsXp??? ive tried everything from clicking repair to changing network cable chnaging nic mac to make sure theres no conflict by accident, but no luck i have to set the network IP to 192.168.100.10 to get into haxoware to change settings and see whats going on.

Ill plug my sub modem in and it works perfectly im using it now to write this. Has anyone had this problem before??? thanx

Whats your d/load & up/load power levels ?

you could also try uninstalling your network connection and letting it install again to make sure the drivers are working correctly...

Well not sure whats going on dont have enougth knoledge of the cable network as of yet but this limited or no connectivity problem only happens on hacked modem when the coax feed is in!.........ive since been trying different macs and just get scanning for frequancy's all the time even thou i specify the one that works in my area.

Ive just only now got online with the hack modem and a 20mb mac but the lease i was given was for an hour and i will just have to see if it gets renewed at all. can anyone tell me if theres anything else i should be doing with fix 0.3 as all im doing is flashing the image to my modem setting the mac and using the settings already in place at best the most i have had to do is manually set the tftip address and config to go with the mac also i dissabled bpi im in Ex&Cw

thanx
