I have been trying to get this modem on for over a week and now i don't know what else to try. I put in different versions of haxorware and now it has rev31. I know my mac is fine as it is a relatives and have been using it over a year and she has not disconnected from virgin. I am on ex c&w and just can't seem to get it back online.
Any help is very much appreciated

its either coz your pc mac is blocked ..or are you using same config file as before if so try changing config file...
or it could be where virmin has changed stuff your mac that your using is to far away now

try scanning for new macs aswell
