d box to dvd recorder??????

Sorry to ask but at a point where stuck.

Got a dbox and got a dvd recorder , tried every different combo regarding scart to and from d box to dvd recorder but can't get the d box channels to come through the dvd recorder so i can record .

Just get the the normal 1 to 5 channels .

Any ideas ?????

Have u found the AV channel on the dvd recorder, if u can watch the channels through the dvd player then u should be able to record.

tried it mate , works through a video recorder but not the dvd

In dbox I think you need to turn auto scart switch on or off. Cant remember what one it is.

When I used to do this, I had a picture of a SCART connection on the dbox display, when connecting dbox to dvd recorder via scart. Then chose AV1, or AV2 on DVD recorder depending on what connection its plugged into on dbox, and hit record.

Not much to it really.
