say you bought it from dvb-shop.com

They are most likely to flash a digital Kaos image(without any fixes) on the box(never bought from them, but they may just do)

When it loads up, there will probably be a picture-Restart and tell us what it shows.

you connect the box direct to your router
set box to dhcp in network connections.

As the box is both satellite and cable, you need to ask about the cable options in the cable section.

as anologuesat said you can't get Sky for free, but you can get a dish and use cams to get some channels(I think anyway)

You need a valid subs card and something like cccam

I know that-I was on about diablocam(if you dont want to go down the grey route)
