Phone virgin,ask for £10 broadband or even better ask a friend to recommend you of both get money off your bill, theft of service is illegal.Read up and you will find out more,try googling haynes cable modem guide and read about haxorware, the fog will evetually clear.regards.

are you sure? I have tried this arm in and arm out I have even shaked it about a bit but still no internet? any anyone help!
