Hello

I have an Ntl250 Configrator V.21
suddenly can't login and keep saying Unable to open 192.168.1
any idea ? plz

You do know that the IP address is 192.168.100.1 yes?

yes i do , but that software (Ntl250 Configrator V.21) it was easly able to connect but i dont know what happend now not letting me to connect to do my settings

Do you have any lights on the front of your modem? If so, tell us what they are.

sounds like infinite firmware as the ready light flashes when online

When it says that it means you've changed something and not clicked Force cfg tab in the ntl250 config tool. not bricked

If you can still access telnet you can upgrade to haxorware using just ethernet. if not needs reflashing with rs232.
