Hi does anyone know where there is a guide to fixing an unlocked Pace 1000, the Pin is double locked so i can get access to a lot of stuff

What do you mean by double locked? If you mean On Demand then you are wrong, talkback needs to be cut and once this is done, you cannot get On Demand, if you don't cut the talkback, you run the risk of getting caught out. There's a guide in Downloads called Cable_Guide_Pace. It contains the Novice Angel Guide, read that and it will tell you everything you need to know about this box .

I mean the Pin is double locked not worried about the On Demand but i cant watch the movie channels before 10pm .

double locked?? do you mean that the message you have tried an incorrect pin?? to change your pin on a pace 1000 you can use libby or you could reset the box by pulling the red jumper inside but be warned you need to use a funcard to reset the netid unless you live in a pure area and it will reset its self

Hi

Its normal for the movie channels to require a pin before 10pm on vm boxes, have you forgotten the pin if you have then you need to reset it as suggested above.

Before you do that try the usual pin possibilities like 1234 4321 0000 9999.
