Eurovox max No Picture

Hi all
new to this site and have tried to find other posts with this problem but no joy

My box picture disappeared while watching a channel
i have tried updating the firmware but when i hook it back up to my tv i still have no picture although the sound is still there,ive tried using scart,rf and the phono connections on the box but still only sound comes through i opened the box and checked nothing is loose
has anyone else had this happen?
do i need a new box or can it be fixed
Good time for this to happen no barsa v real or hatton fight for me

If only sound comes through, I would try replacing the scart with a cheapo one-Ive had this problem before but for me just nudging the scart worked for me-You may have a faulty scart

Thanks for replying
but ive tryed a different scart and rf and just using the phono connections but still only sound coming through
