Any info. on upgrades is usually shown on here Even faster - Your broadband service
According to that all the work is complete. Try a speedtest maybe , this is a popular one Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

They even told me I had to upgrade my SB4100 to get 10Mb - strange thet it worked perfectly when I subscribed to 20Mb.

I have e-mailed them and told them that I am not prepared to change my modem as I own it, I paid £150 for the modem in 2000 in exchange for getting a £5 Monthly discount for "as long as I keep subscribing to the CM service". They have tried to welch on that many times, but accepting the "Free" replacement modem would reduce my bargaining power.

waqasahmed yeah they used to have 4mb. which changed to 10mb and i think has now changed to 20mb. please someone correct me if i am wrong.

i rang virgin up today to ask them for my email and password and i asked when they would upgrade the leicester area and they was like look in the gofaster page after you log in and when i did log in it said that the upgrade timetable will appear soon. i was thinking how stupid as i was told by someone at vm that it would be on the site.

i have ordered a new modem as it says i will need a new modem.

can someone send me the link for the page with the upgrade timetable thing if they can

many thanks
