box stuck on tune, pulled red jumper, powerred up, staying on tune, looked in engineers menu no net id showing, should be 0022. any ideas

pulling the jumper resets the net id to 09999 , unless your within nt hell pure you need to set the net id yourself via fun card trick

These boxes only work in Pure (DAVIC), are you in a Pure area mate?

If net id is starred out in eng menu its as you say stuck in tune, try red jumper a few times and holding down button in as you boot up, if no good have a look at the stuck in tune guide, usually caps need replacing.

yes, in pure area, grimsby, net id blanked out, tried re booting holding in down key, stops with ap:52 on display ?
