Default how to repair dragam cam

hi there im wanting to repair my dragon cam with my cas3+ programmer but everytime i insert the cam it displays a message saying cam not recognised. why is this? im doing everything right but still dont understand what the problem is.

any help will be much appreciated.

It sounds like the bootloader has become corrupted and needs to be repaired.
To carry out this kind of repair, using the Cas 3+, you need to remove the Dragon Cam casing and solder a couple of wires from the Cas 3+ to the Cams board.
There was a how to document on the duolabs web site, which I think included picctures.

hey thanks for getting back. i dont know how to do all this and what ill need to do this. the cam is not actually mine, it belongs to one of my friends i just load some firmware on for him, but we are stuck on repairing the thing .

Scroll down to pages 22-28 and you will see pictures of what you need to do.
If you don't feel confident in doing this then van hoof will repair it for you, at a reasonable cost, but it does take time, as you need to send the cam to Holland.
