Default Body repair DIY?!

I have a dent in my car and am looking for a way to smooth it out, is there any other way tha going to this a body repair workshop namely bodyrepairscotland.co.uk

Is it possible to use sucktion or panel beat it out from the outside, it's only about 6 inches in diameter!

Somebody out there must know!! Speak! Or forver hold your peace

Chipsaway can do a paintless dent removal and are very cheap in price compared to what a bodyshop would charge. U can get a quote from them. Its very difficult doing dent's with a suction cup as u can pull it out too much and leave with an outward dent. Best thing to leave to pro's if u want a good job.
