Default Down loading Images

Hi there, we've a problem at work, we need to down load images of house's we've taken for EPC's and out tech man takes ages to work these things out, my collegue took them on an Sony Erickson Cyber shot and we can't download them, our system probably won't let us do it but we've tried this at home with no success, probably sofware is needed but where can we get this or can we work around this?

Thanks in Advance

In case your wondering EPC's are Energy Performance Certificates for domestic buildings.

You need to connect your phone to your PC while it is switched on, it will act as a disk drive and enable you to copy to and from it. If you have a memory card (all modern phones do), put it into a memory card reader and copy the images that way.

Yeh so u can go straight into My Computer and u should see it as a drive similar to how you use a Usb Memory Stick.
Some Models when connected will ask for drivers if you choose connect to internet alot of times it can download and install the appropriate software for your phone and u can also get the image's through the software if you wished.
