Thumbs up Anyone in stoke managing to stay online??..

As the title says is there anyone in stoke ex c&w managing to stay online??..
Im having no luck & ive tried 120 ambit macs,250 ambit macs,256 ambit macs & ALL no luck!!..

I keep getting kicked off & at the MOST ive managed to saty online is 20 mins..
So if you are in stoke online using haxor could you please let me know what are your settings as i can try to get more megs than my subbed 2 meg speeds LOL..

mate, I cant stay on for more than 2 mins at a time thats with infinite, haxor doesnt even get connection, if you find out mate can you let me know what settings you are using, cheers

We have to stick together at times like these to get our modems back on again dont we!!..

matie I not holding my breath anymore with what I'm reading (encrypted macs etc) might have to pay soon, oh sh*t

I pay but its £18 a month for 2 meg which is taking the pee!!.
Im due to renew my broadband next month & they have ggod deals on the 20 meg so if still having no luck i might have to pay for that..

Thats a fair point to be made, but, not necessarily an excuse, and not likely to be the same for everyone who comes here looking for free cable tv/internet.

I pay and play.. I have always looked at it like this, VM provide relatively OK broadband these days, however, when I first became a customer some 10 years ago, it was awful!

I play with modems and stbs because I want to understand the technology, and in turn, it gives me something to do with my spare time

Doesn't mean I will stop paying for the service though, or even move down to the basic packages, I am happy paying for 20meg + L tv package.
