Pace 1000

Hi guys
I have a pace 1000 that says CW on the front but I want to use it in TW area, I have pulled the red jumper and reset the NET ID, in the EM inserted the fun card to upload the correct NET ID for my area, it rebooted as it should but the updating seem to be taking too long, numbers are not rollingin the display , is this normal???

How long have you left the box to update? These boxes are slow anyway so just leave it a few minutes.

over 39 min, i know it normaly start updating straight away, it does say updating on the screen but nothing is happening on the display all it says PACE.

Have you tried doing everything again? I.e pulling the jumper and re-setting the Net ID.

the net id still shows all the 9's so nothing has changed, this is my second go at it.

Is your box a 1000/b/t? I think different versions work in different areas mate.

it's pace DITV 1000,

Ok, it's probably the standard one then, this box should work in any area. Have you set the frequency and symbol rate for you area?

the only way i have had them working i took a read from a 1000t and dumped it on the 1000 but its a chip lift has the sim got 4 chips on or 2

If its showing all the 9s you need to set net id, it wont set on its own.
